Calvert Cliffs

Calvert Cliffs State Park on the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland is best known for its cliffs and a small beach, littered with fossils from ten million years ago. It also has, however, miles of hiking trails and beaver-maintained swamps.

Here are some pictures from that place, shot in 2007. I'm showing them in monochrome, as they look better this way. In some I've also used the faux-infrared effect filter in Paint Shop Pro.
